Spend your spring gaining hands‑on experience talking directly with business owners at our downtown Lexington office. Whiteshore Funding gives you the training and mentorship to master professional sales and communication. You’ll work real inbound and outbound opportunities and learn how top producers build pipeline, manage deals, and close funding — all while earning $12/hour plus 5% commissions.

Mon–Fri, 9:30 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. (In-office). This is a phone-first sales role.

Compensation

Pay Structure

  • $12/hour base pay (paid bi‑weekly)
  • 5% commission on each closed deal
  • Uncapped commission — sky’s the limit
  • Average commission per deal: $2,000
  • Housing provided; cost deducted from base
